About Fanshawe Conservation Area Beach
Due to blue-green algae, this beach is closed until further notice.
Fanshawe Beach is found in the 3000 acre conservation area, which was created in order to protect London from flooding. Not far from from the busy city, the area offers camping, boating, canoe rentals, hiking, picnicking, mountain biking, bird watching, fishing, and many more activities. Activities that are off the water, like biking and hiking, allow visitors to enjoy Fanshawe even while the beach is closed.
