Nicoya Peninsula Waterkeeper

Nicoya Peninsula Waterkeepr is a Costa Rican non-profit organization based in Santa Teresa whose mission is to monitor, protect and restore water quality in the coastal watersheds and marine ecosystems between the Cabo Blanco Absolute Nature Reserve and the Caletas-Ario National Wildlife Refuge through research, fieldwork, education and advocacy.

Since 2013, we work passionately analyzing the issues, creating solutions, sharing them, and bringing them closer to the population so that we all have the possibility of choosing better and of contributing to the eco-systemic balance of life.
