Este arroyo desemboca en la costa norte de La Ribera. Cercano a este arroyo se encuentra uno de los últimos humedales del lugar en el cual aún pueden verse diversas especies de patos y otras aves migratorias. Entre los beneficios que ofrecen estos humedales están la regulación y protección de inundaciones, tormentas y huracanes, el almacenamiento de agua y la recarga de mantos acuíferos, así como la regulación del clima y el almacenamiento de carbono. En la zona del arroyo tiene una obra de encausamiento por un proyecto inmobiliario, el cual muy posiblemente afectara el sistema de humedal que ahí se presenta.

This stream flows into the north coast of La Ribera. Near these streams are one of the last remaining estuaries in this area, where ducks and other migratory birds reside.
